As summer reaches its brightest days and we look toward a season of renewal, we’re thrilled to share some exciting updates that signal a new chapter for our online experience. Our commitment to serving you in the best possible way has inspired us to undertake a transformative journey—one that will culminate this September with the launch of our brand new, reimagined website!
A Pause for Progress: One Month Suspension of Online Pick Up Orders
In preparation for this major upgrade, we will be placing a temporary pause on all online pick up orders for a period of one month, beginning August 1st. While we understand that this may cause some inconvenience, we want to assure you that this decision was made with your best interests at heart. The current system just isn’t working and has to be rebuilt. Our goal is to create an online platform that is faster, easier to use, and better tailored to your needs—one that will make your future pick up experiences smoother than before.
What This Means For You
Online orders placed for mill pick up the week of July 27th will need to be picked up that Wednesday or Thursday. If not, they will be held at the mill until the mill pick up option is reinstated.
We will remain operational, shipping all online orders during the month of August. Thankfully, our new affordable shipping rates are already in place and will transition to the new site as well.
Our on-site baking classes will continue. Attendees will still be able to shop for flour and other retail offerings at the end of each class.
