Field Blend is a delicious but unpredictable blend of every grain we mill each week. We recommend using it for pancakes or as a small percentage of flour in a bread recipe. Typically, it will include Hard Red, Hard White, Sonora, Spelt and Rye, but may also include Einkorn, Buckwheat or Sorghum. The mill run varies each week, so the percentages of each aren’t guaranteed, but this mixed bag holds a fun flavor bomb for baking.

Field Blend is made from the flour collection bucket that rests under the mill as we shift between mill runs of different grains each week. It’s a completely random but delicious little bag of flour, perfect for weekend pancakes or as a small percentage of a bread flour blend. We mill at least 6 different types of grain each week, so the blend can include Hard Red, Hard White, Sonora, Spelt and Rye.
